The PARLYM Group is pleased to announce a new international development through the acquisition of THEMIS.  

Established for over 30 years in Côte d'Ivoire, THEMIS is a company specializing in the industrial paint sector. Located on the Abidjan lagoon, THEMIS benefits from a strategic 7,000 m² logistics base and employs over 60 professionals specialized in anti-corrosion treatment, scaffolding and special coatings.

This acquisition enables the PARLYM Group to broaden its offer by integrating key construction know-how, and to increase its historical presence in the West African market.

This development is in line with the Group's desire to create local employment opportunities, and to combine its expertise with THEMIS's solid experience in Côte d'Ivoire.

This acquisition is accompanied by the appointment of Benoit Chapalain as Managing Director. With solid experience in the Ivorian territory, he will integrate the Group's strategy and support the company's development in this new phase of growth.‍
