ACI-SOMAGEP, a distributor of industrial valves in Europe and Africa, has just acquired Jiangsu COLVES Fluid Control LTD, a manufacturer of industrial valves based in Nantong (China), specializing in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, infrastructure and water treatment sectors.

The takeover also included the acquisition of the Italian company COLVES Fluid Control SRL, the brand's distributor in Europe and worldwide.

This operation will enable ACI-SOMAGEP to strengthen its supply chain management by ensuring control over the manufacturing quality of its valves.
